VISION
To reach, teach and equip children to grow and develop to their full potential in Jesus Christ and to operate in the supernatural power of God.
STRATEGY
- To teach children to be firmly grounded in the Word of God: read the Bible, prayer and worship.
- To equip children to operate in the supernatural: soul winning, fire, healings, signs, wonders and miracles.
- To instil Godly values and morals for everyday living: honesty, respect, humility, patience, kindness, love, self-control, faithfulness, loyalty and to be teachable.
- To teach children to be good stewards, servants and to be great leaders: responsibility with finances and personal belongings, put others before themselves, take initiative.
- To help children build and establish good healthy relationships: God, parents, family, friends, peers, teachers, other adults and community.
- To create a safe, loving, caring environment for the children: to feel loved, secure and accepted at all times.
- To teach children to hear the voice of God and to be led by the Holy Spirit: Filled with the Holy Ghost, infused with power and fire of God, quick to listen and quick to obey.
- To create a fun, joyful environment: games, fun days, big Sunday services, team building, camps, holiday club, bible classes, encounters and conferences.
- To enable children to develop a positive self-image and a sense of worth as a child of God: understand their identity and know who they are in Christ.
- To raise up children and leaders who will be nation shakers and history makers.
